If your current contract cleaner isn’t meeting your expectations, in most cases you can cancel the contract. You usually don’t need to meet certain criteria or wait for the contract to expire. If you aren’t happy, you can probably bail.
Very often, when All Bright Janitorial Services approaches a prospective client we are told that they are currently under contract with another service provider and have to wait for the contract to expire before making a move. In our experience, that’s simply not the case.
Most cleaning contracts are bilateral: Both parties have to provide whatever is written in the contract. And if your current cleaners aren’t cleaning to your satisfaction, that in itself may be a violation of the contract, essentially nullifying it.
Two-Way Contracts
Just because you signed a contract doesn’t mean you have to live with substandard cleaning from your current contractor. If they aren’t living up to their end of the deal, they deserve to be fired.
And if they try to fight you by citing their contract, it only goes to show how unreliable they were in the first place. Contact your legal counsel. You may be surprised how easy it is to get out of your current contract.
All Bright Janitorial Services
At All Bright Janitorial Services, we understand that any contract is a two-way street. We strive to exceed our client’s expectations so that it never comes down to arguing about the legal issues involved in the contract. If our clients are unhappy with the service we provide, that’s on us, not them.
You don’t have to live with a bad cleaning company or poor performance just because you have a contract. If your current cleaners aren’t doing a good job, fire them. Then call All Bright Janitorial Service. We will exceed your expectations and give you the kind of cleaning you should have gotten in the first place.
