When you contract with All Bright Janitorial Services to provide commercial cleaning for your business or enterprise, does that include both internal and external cleaning? It all depends.
Generally, we provide indoor cleaning of offices, warehouses, medical facilities, manufacturing plants, schools and institutions, and other commercial enterprises. But if you need outdoor cleaning such as removing trash from the grounds, trash collection, and other routine tasks, we can certainly include that in your contract.
We can do interior cleaning and outside cleaning. Or just indoor. We usually don’t just do exterior cleaning but if that’s what you need we can talk about it.
Indoor/Outdoor
Typically, we would inquire about whether you own the building or are a tenant. If the latter, the owner may already have a service provider who maintains the exterior grounds, If that is the case, we probably wouldn’t want to duplicate duties. Their contract may actually prohibit that.
But if you are the owner, you can do anything you want with your property. And if that includes having your indoor cleaners clean your outdoors, too, we can certainly do that – even if it’s only a particular place like a break area or a smoking section.
